Part 1. Why do you not want to be employed in higher education?
If you are in higher education or thinking about not entering, the first question I would ask is why?
Some people never wanted to enter higher education, specifically teaching. Others did and found that reality wasn’t what it was cracked up to be.
Why would are either (a) considering leaving higher education or (b) not even considering a position in higher education?
